**Important Update – AskMyGP**

To ensure a responsive and safe service, we have made changes to the opening times for askmyGP. Starting from Monday 7th August, the service will be available from 7:30am to 1:30pm, Monday to Friday. This adjustment allows our GPs to efficiently triage all requests on the same day and prioritise them based on clinical need. Our commitment is to address all routine queries within 2 working days.

If you have a preference to receive a response from a specific member of our practice team, kindly mention it in your askmyGP request.
We encourage patients to utilise the askmyGP system during its operational hours. Doing so will help free up our phone lines and practice resources, allowing us to focus on addressing clinically urgent issues promptly.

For repeat medication requests and test results, we kindly request that you use either the NHS App or Patient Access. If you require Patient Access login credentials, our reception team will be more than happy to issue them. This will enable you to request medication accurately and directly from your medical record and view test results and other important health information.
