Symphony Healthcare Services has opened nominations for its annual staff awards to recognise and celebrate excellence amongst our staff and is asking the local community to get involved. The SHS Awards aim to recognise exceptional employees who touch the lives of thousands of patients every year. The Care Award will recognise individuals within our GP practices who have made a real difference to a patient’s care or that of a relative or friend – this could have been clinical or non-clinical. The winner/s will have shown expertise, compassion and kindness through their work and made the patient experience the best it could possibly be.
Kerry White, Managing Director, said: “The Awards will be a chance for us to turn the spotlight on staff at SHS who have gone the extra mile to improve the care and experience of patients. If you have received, or witnessed, outstanding care here at an SHS GP practice, we would encourage you to take the time to complete a nomination form.’
