Wincanton Health Centre uses askmyGP to support our patients with their ailments and questions. Before you submit a request, please read the following:
The practice team will try to accommodate patient preferences where possible however, request assignment & resolution method may be determined by clinical judgement.
askmyGP should never be used within an emergency.
Patients will be contacted by the practice within 2 working days of submitting a request, or more quickly if considered urgent.
askmyGP is open daily from 7:30am - 6:30pm

Requests are triaged by the clinical team. We aim to respond to urgent requests as soon as possible and within 48 hours. With non urgent requests, our aim is to respond within 7 working days, at busy times this may be longer. Thank you for your understanding.
REMEMBER you don’t always need to submit a request.
